Over a three-year period, the grant will support the Zimmerli's initiative to implement new and augment existing efforts to reduce barriers by transforming it into a more fully bilingual museum, with additional programming and communication—such as signage, gallery labels, promotional materials—presented in English and Spanish.

Now on view through October 17, 2021, the exhibition highlights the unique – and often overlooked – photographic innovations by women who shaped the history of photography during the 20th century. Registration is open for a virtual lecture on October 1.
