The museum is closed Mondays, Tuesdays, major holidays (see below), and in August. Tours may be scheduled starting at 11 a.m., but require 3 weeks' advance notice. Learn more on our Tours page.
Holidays
The museum is closed January 1, Juneteenth (Observed third Friday of June), July 4, Thanksgiving Thursday and Friday, December 25 and 31.
