SparkNight: Women's History Month

Join us for a night of creativity, empowerment, and inspiration, as we showcase the important contributions of women artists, performers, and student and community organizations, as well as highlight the Zimmerli’s exhibitions Michelle V. Agins: Storyteller and The Body Implied: The Vanishing Figure in Soviet Art.
- Enjoy the harmonious melodies of the talented Rutgers-based acapella groups Deep Treble and RU Shockwave.
- Engage in hands-on art making workshop led by artist Gluklya, whose work with textiles is featured in the exhibition The Body Implied: The Vanishing Figure in Soviet Art.
- Join a curator-led walkthrough of the exhibition The Body Implied with Stephanie Dvareckas (Dodge Avenir Fellow and Rutgers Ph.D. Student in Art History) and hear more from artist Gluklya.
Free and open to the public. Complimentary light refreshments. Food available for purchase from a food truck (TBA).

Special event parking and special event permits are only for visitors to the university and does not include free metered parking. - Lot 16 is the closest to the Zimmerli, located behind the museum. For directions, you also may use the address 536 George Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08901, which is the building located next to the lot entrance.
