Four people sit in chairs on a raised platform in front of an audience in an art gallery. One of the seated individuals is in the middle of speaking into a microphone.

Bodies of Flora: In Conversation convenes an interdisciplinary evening of performance and conversation exploring extinction, memory, and ecological care. Expanding from Bodies of Flora, Art & Design faculty Sue Huang's Rutgers–New Brunswick Laureate project, the program invites multiple perspectives on botanical archives, language, form, and technology to consider how ecological loss manifests across cultural memory and collective consciousness. Featured guests include Chrysler Herbarium director and botanist Dr. Lena Struwe (Rutgers University), landscape architectural designer Larissa Belcic (University of Pennsylvania), and biodesigner Dan Grushkin (Biodesign Challenge).
